No. The membership is a direct primary care agreement under Florida Statute 624.27. It is not health insurance and does not meet any individual health insurance mandate. We recommend keeping insurance for things the membership doesn’t cover — hospitalizations, specialists, ER visits, and imaging done outside our office.
Anyone — but it’s especially valuable for patients without health insurance, patients with high-deductible plans, and patients who want longer visits and direct access to their care team without copays.
$175 one-time, paid when you sign up. If you’re paying $175 as an established self-pay patient on the day you enroll, that visit fee becomes your enrollment fee — just ask the front desk. After enrollment, billing is $100/month, month-to-month.
